Excellent service, mainly experienced care givers where nothing is too much trouble for them. They. are friendly, reassuring, punctual and thorough. I always feel that I am listened to. On occasions you build up a consistent rapport when it is the same carer who comes. My one downside would be it’s not always the same carer. I have dogs and the carers are mostly fine with that and treat them with respect as they are very much part of my family. I am always asked at the end of my visit if there is anything else they can do for me. My doors are locked and the key put safely back.

Both myself and my mother are delighted with the care and attention shown to my father. He is treated with care and dignity. These are very hard times and they create a relaxed and ‘fun’ time whilst being very professional. Days can be long however with the multiple visits this gives us the extra help we couldn’t have him at home without.
